Sort of broken LED on K70

I have a corsair K70 LUX and on the right shift the green part of the rgb doesn't work and F10 is a little bit dim.  I have contacted corsair and they told me to use some pinhole switch and the instructions and it didn't work. YES I have spilt a liquid on the board BUT it was on the far left hand side and none of those key are effected (tab, caps lock, shift, ctrl) they are all fine and im scared if I RMA'ed or told the customer support they would cut off my warranty even though it is an unrelated issue. 

 

If you have seen this problem tell me?

 

Also that liquid spill was 10 months ago
