ok so, im trying to reset my internet because its not working properly, anyone have any idea what failed?? and is there anything else i can do?

i dont know what failed, but i get the error 0x800704cf when trying to update windows (on windows 10 home 1703) and 0x800704cf, all my network stuff is set up correctly, and i also cant seem to connect to any of my 2.5Ghz internet connections, only 5Ghz, sometimes it doesnt even show my 2.5 internet, (as seen in video attatched) (sorry for audio in video, just mute lol)been like this for a while and its annoying, never even knew i had an update till now any help is appreciated, thanks!
