Longer Radiator screws?

So I'm looking for longer Radiator screws (UNC 6-32). The 30mm that came with the rad don't cut it.


The issue is that my case's fan founts grate on the fan blades when i have them tight enough to be secure; this seems to be because the way i have my fans, the fan bearing slips down a bit due to gravity (but they need to be this way so i can circulate air properly. All i need is a little extra distance to allow me to get them on there and tight enough, but not have the fan blades hit the mounting (perhaps add a washer or something).

I am aware that this extra distance will add space between my fans and the rad, lessening air pressure, but i have measures in place to sort that already

 

Do 35mm or 40mm versions of these screws exist, and if so, where can i get them in the UK?

local hardware store is where I go, I buy Chinese radiators and they don't all come with matching thread patterns (per radiator) and only include 1 set of screws so if you want push pull you have to get more - that's where I head and have them matched up

You are best to look for a fastener supply house locally and ask them specifically for 6-32 imperial fasteners unless you want to re-tap them for metric.

 

M4 should be correct for re-tapping if you want to change to metric fastener.
