Asus N580GD cpu won't get more than 12watt when gpu on load

Hi,

I noticed when I boosted the gpu by 200mhz in afterburner, the 8750h won't get more than 12watt when gpu on load. Running furmark stress test  for gpu and throttlestop benchmark side by side, cpu clock speed is stuck at .8Ghz. 

But when the gpu clock speed is not boosted, running furmark and ts bench, the cpu throttles to 3.2Ghz. 

The cpu is undervolted. And temps are 65-70C for gpu and 70-73C on cpu when both on load. The power brick is 120watt.

I don't know whether my unit has a problem or the power brick is insufficient or something else.
