Alright boys I need some help, this is my 3rd build.

Specs: Core i9-9900k, hyperx 32 8x4 gigs of ram 3200mhz, Z390 Aorus Master motherboard, 1000W EVGA PSU, Zotac RTX 2060, 1TB Evo 960 Samsung SSD

Alright so when I first built the system these crashes didn't exist, the most recent change after I experienced these crashes were when I bought my new RTX 2060 upgraded from my old GTX 1060.

The crashes are random. Sometimes I get Bsods while sometimes I don't. When I don't the computer freezes for 10 seconds
then restarts automatically and at other times there's no Freeze nor BSOD it just suddenly restarts. In the middle of something the screen just turns black and poof it's booting. And yes this also happens in safe mode.

Sometimes the computer doesn't freeze but chrome tabs crash a lot sometimes even the entire chrome program crashes and closes, discord crashes and restarts a lot. Simple games like Roblox crashes randomly.

Most common Bsods I get are: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, Critical process died, memory management, clock watchdog timeout, IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, attempted execute of noexecute memory luavf.sys

Those are the 6 I can remember. Sometimes the motherboard will beep 4 times and reset the BIOS automatically.

I have tried everything I can think of, I used my old working 2x8 ram at 2133 and made sure the timings were at stock, deleted all overclocks, cleared the CMOS, reinstalled windows 10 3 times, went back to my old motherboard version by flipping a switch to revert the entire motherboard, reinstalled my graphics card drivers, removed my graphics card and used the iGPU from my core i9.

I'm really really lost right now

What else am I supposed to do? This is an expensive build and any tips would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Edit: Temperatures are very cool, it has a great AIO cooler and never goes over 80c even while gaming. Idle at 35c. GPU always stays under 60c
