PSU fan on after computer is shut down

As the title says my PSU fan is still on after I turn off my computer. The wierdest thing is that the fan still goes on after i turn it off with the switch on the back, it even continues after i pull out the power plug from my computer. Where is it getting power from?

My pc specs are:

CPU: i5 9600k

GPU: RTX 2070

Motherboard: MSI b360 gaming plus

PSU: Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 700W PSU

Case: Not sure, it was pretty cheap

 

Thanksful for any help I can get as I sleep close to my computer and it makes noise.

PSUs have capacitors inside. They store energy, which is why you must never take one apart. Now, the question is, why did you get such a crappy and loud PSU for a relatively high end rig?

So you are saying its normal for it to be on for like 10 hours after i pull the plug out? It only started being on after shutdown after I installed my graphics card. (had an gtx 1060 before the rtx 2070). Before i got this new gpu it was not on after I turned off my computer.
