what do you guys think the best 2080 TI graphics card is for gaming

Any... they all perform about the same in terms of FPS wise, about the only differentiating them would be quality of the cooler attached.

Yea, but honestly they all are built well enough to sustain and last with no long term issue in terms of power delivery.
