Can I assume you at least looked at the installation guide (pages 5-7) ?

  • SATA cable (from the pump) to PSU SATA cable,
  • single wire (tach wire on the pump) to the CPU fan header,
  • Fans to the 4 pin shrouded connectors (on the pump),
  • RGB (fans) to RGB connectors (on the pump),
  • and USB cable (from the pump) to a spare USB 2.0 motherboard header.

I reckon you most likely forgot to plug in the USB cable if it doesn't show up in ICUE.
