Colour accurate & high refresh rate monitors?

First of all let me introduce myself a bit first, I do video and photo editing but I am also a gamer and does esports as part of my job.

 

I was looking for monitors and it seems like it is hard to achieve the balance between: accurate colour & high refresh rate. Maybe my research isn't thorough enough, but I cannot really find monitors are fit for both purposes. I'm just wondering if there are any gamers and video editors who got any recommendation on how you set up your station? Do you give up high refresh rate? Hoping to see if there are some more affordable options out there.

 

Also should I get 1440p > 1080p? I used to edit things on a mac and with a retina display, you can fit tons of things, and switching to PC - yes it saves a bit of money with faster speed, but I miss how much stuff I can put on 1 screen.
