Ethernet keeps showing as unidentified network

My Ethernet connection on my pc keeps showing unidentified network it will then show the cable is disconnected then connect and try identify the network and go back to unidentified network and then does that process again I've done windows diagnostic on it which fix's it for a minute or so then go back to doing that loop of  disconnected then connect and try identify the network and go back to unidentified network

The windows diagnostic show that the it doesn't have a valid IP and some time say doesn't have a default gate way I've tried setting theses manually which worked for about an hour then it did the same I've reinstalled the driver for the Ethernet and I've restarted my WiFi router and that still didn't fix it I've also unplug my Ethernet and plugged it back in and restarted my PC but it still hasn't fixed it and now i am unsure what else could be causing it and how i can fix it

Open up Network and Sharing Center, go to Change Adapter Settings in the top left.

Right click Ethernet 3, go to Properties, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), then click Properties. Make sure you've got it set to obtain an IP address automatically.

 

Open up Command Prompt and use ipconfig /release, then ipconfig /renew, then wait a few minutes.

 

If that still doesn't fix it, make sure your router is configured properly. (You should be able to access it by going to something like 192.168.1.1 in your browser. If your computer can't reach it, try with a phone or laptop)
