One thing that's very noticeable is PBT keycaps that Ducky has, other than that it's kinda debatable.

And did you look at the PCB quality, solder joints and cable strukture aswell?
I'm asking this, because just by using it I'd only really know what the keys and keycaps feel like, but nothing really about the actual build quality.

They tend to shine fairly quickly, that kinda sucks, does not look pretty also imo:
