what RAM is better for 3900X

i whould like to know what RAM is better for 3900X a 3200Mhz CL 16 or a 3600Mhz CL 18?

3600 CL18 is clearly better, but the prices will determine which one is better for you overall.

Gigabyte AORUS RGB DDR 4 32G (8GX4) 3200 CL16 1.35V  cost me 1100 ILS

and

Corsair DDR 4 32G(8GX4) 3600 CL18 Vengeance RGB PRO cost 1500 ILS

and

G.Skill- 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 3600Mhz - CL17 - 1.2V - Trident Z RGB Series - RGB LED cost 2100 ILS
