Blurry Text on HDTV

I just recently switched to using hdmi on an hdtv and noticed that the text was blurry or just not sharp. I noticed that when I change scaling up really high it fixes the problem but it makes the taskbar giant and makes applications giant and makes it really hard just to get to one thing. I'm not sure what to do to fix the issue.

Make sure your computer output resolution is set to the native resolution of the TV, and see if anything here helps:

Tehn make sure your GPU is outputting 1920x1080 and not something close.

Check if your TV got gaming preset.
