Go for Pocophone F1 or Mi 9. Samsungs have problems with batteries (they do not have removable tabs, as seen by Zack from JerryRigEverything), Asus has good phones, but repairing them is pain in the ass, too.

Purify your Windows 10/11, don't give Microsoft anything that you don't want to share.

i would suggest looking at a used phone like a s9 or something from that time, like you can get them for that price, with a good camera and performance. If you are looking for a new phone well go for something like a Mi 9t like @Spakes said, good luck.

Yeah, thinking about going for Mi9, as it has the Snapdragon 855, should i pay the extra $100 dollars for the 855 over the 845 in the F1?

I have to point out that the Mi 9 you linked is the 64GB model. All models lack microsd slot and headphone jack. Also battery is only 3,300mAh

You will be stuck with what little storage it came with

Ok, i guess i will get the 128gb version.

this one comes with a usb-c to 3.5mm jack adapter.

I guess i can lose the microsd slot.

wouldn't the 3300mah battery be able to last a decent time? (8hrs normally, maybe 5 gaming?)

Depends on how heavy the game is and how much power is consumed by device during gaming. I'd say, even if it does, it does so barely, so you'd better google it and prepare your power bank if you have one.

well, just watched a video, this guy had benchmark tests/videos/streams going on the Mi 9 for 6 hours 58 minutes straight.

and he also compared note 9 (4000mah) (6hr 16min) and note 10+ (4100mah) (7hr 17min)

i guess that shows that the Mi9 could probably last 2 days normally and be on Youtube for like 9 hours

Lol no. I dont think there is even a phone on the market that can manage that.

idk, but

it shows 7 hours of various social media/benchmarking

would benchmarking/scrolling through social media be comparable to Youtube for 7 straight hours?
