Help finding specific NFC sticker (Mifare Classic, UID writable)

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me find a very specific NFC tag/sticker.

 

What I need:

- Mifare Classic (or compatible with Mifare Classic readers, 13.56MHz)

- Sticker

- UID/block 0 changeable (chinese "magic tag")

- Shipped from the US!!

 

If anyone could help me find this, it would be very much appreciated, I could not find this anywhere on ebay.
