XFX RX 570 8Gb

I bought a supposed new in box XFX RX 570 8Gb off ebay for $125 and its running 33-37C and getting as hot as 96C under load. I talked to XFX to see if it needed a RMA. They told me that it was stolen card from best buy, so no warrranty. I got my money back from ebay so thats all good. Free is cool, but not sure what to do about the high temp. I replaced the thermal grease with Protronix Series 7 thermal paste and it made no difference. Is there a good aftermarket cooler I should use. It works great, but the temps worry me. Itsi in a dell XPS 8700 with a Core i7 4790 with 12Gb DDR3 1600Mhz. I put the whole thing in a Silverstone TJ-06 case. Any ideas? Thanks.

The TJ-06 honestly does not look like a case that has good airflow so I'm not surprised. How are your CPU temperatures? If they're high as well, I would look for a new case.

temps on the cpu are 30-33 browsing the web, youtube, stuff like that. Gaming it get between 63-67C range. It's hot here though. The house is around 85F and its about 100F outside. I have a Hyper 212EVO to put on it, just havent yet. not as worried about the CPU temps.
