No keyboard mouse or monitor after updating the windows

Cpu:Gtx 950 

Ram: 2×8G 

Hdd: 2×1Tp 

Ssd: 240G SATA ssd wd green 

PSU: 650watt corsair 80+

Mb: asus prime b350M-A

Windows10 64

 

Haven't updated the bios for 2 years 

 

After updating I can only see the fans working and the mb light but no keyboard or mouse or monitor the monitor is sent a signal when the pc is turned ON but after that it keep saying no signal 

I tried 1 ram stick in all the places 

I tried reconnecting everything 

I tried cleaning  

I tried disconnecting the mb battery 

I can't get anything 

It used to happen after updating and sometimes randomly but it mostly resolved after I reconnect the ram now nothing most of the othe times had the keyboard lights things one nothing but the mb light and the fans 

Please if you can help I will do everything I don't have a problem with losing everything on the pc even though I would prefer not too
