Hello. I am looking for a laptop, that I will use for adobe programs like Ps, Il, Ind, Lr, and so on. I am looking at 13.3 to 14inches max. I would love to have i7, and at least 8gb ram. Also a dedicated graphics wouldn't be a bad idea. This laptop  is going to be my on the go, and i have a pc at home for larger jobs. The budget will be around 1000, maybe 1200€ at max i can do, if it could be less for my needs, i will be happy to spare some money. I am from Slovenia, Europe. I was looking at some Dell XPS 13, Asus Zenbook 14 with screen pad, and Lenovo X1. But i am not sure what to get.

I have heard nothing but good things about ASUS Zenbook 14.  The others I have no knowledge.  You will need minimum 16GB RAM and for sure a 1TB SSD.  Of course a desktop would be more powerful, but since you want a laptop you will sacrifice speed but get portability and what not.

I just got a Dell Inspiron 14 5000 series with a quad core Ryzen 5 3500u. I upgraded from pretty low base specs to 16gb RAM and a 500gb Samsung NVMe SSD. Keyboard is awesome. Comes with a touchscreen and everything. There is a version with a Ryzen 7 3700u as well as various quad core i5 and i7 models. No dedicated graphics though.

I know this machine would do stuff like photo editing pretty well but I got it for more general use purposes. I only paid $650 USD for the computer, brand new. Not sure if you can shop deals in your area.

ASUS Zenbook is awesome but the price was a bit out of reach for me.

Here is a link from a store in my country: https://www.altstore.si/ this is store which has the best prices.

https://anni.si/

https://www.bigbang.si/

https://www.mimovrste.com/

If I have 8gb ram enough for my job, i will be happy. If i could get 16gb, it will be only better.

I would like to have ips screen or something with good colors.

Battery life isn't so important or at least 4hours, i have 25000mAh powerbank, but i would need a usb-c charging laptop for that.
