RGB on face no work on ASUS ROG STRIX

Led’s On top work, the ones that should be on the face don’t work. Haven’t worked since I put the gpu in yesterday. Downloaded software still no work. There led’s on the top that work just sign doesn’t work or the ones that should be on the face.
