So, in around 2010, my Dad built a low range Gaming PC (gt 620) . For years it has been playing games almost constantly. Eventually it started to find it hard to cope with the newer titles, so i decided that it was time for an upgrade. A few of the parts could be reused as they were still in perfect condition such as the power supply, ssd and case. Anyway, these are the parts i used to upgrade it;

  • Ryzen 2600
  • RX 570 8GB
  • 16 GB Corsair vengeance 3000 mhz
  • Gigabyte b450m DS3H

All of these parts total at exactly £400 or $486.

Paired with the existing parts the PC performs moderately in many modern games managing 60+ fps in most games with many exceeding 100 fps.
