sfc /scannow can't repair some of the corrupted files

So I literally just fresh installed Windows 10, and I got blue screens already. So I did a sfc /scannow and it says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them." So... What should I do? Should I be worried about it if there's corrupted files that it can't fix?

Sounds like either a bad drive or a corrupt install file. I would do a reboot scan and fix and if that doesnt fix it, download the media creation tool and create a new bootable USB drive and reinstall again.

To do a reboot scan, Open My PC, right click on your drive and click properties. Go to tools and hit the Check button under Error Checking.

Have you tried this:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Run that and then run sfc /scannow.
