When RAID configuration was built ensure to set sata configuration to raid mode

Go to solution Solved by vanished,

by turning off the UPS you are effectively unplugging your PC.  If the battery on the motherboard is not fresh, this means no power is left to retain the BIOS settings and they revert to default.  Try not turning the UPS off, there's no need for that, and also replace the CMOS battery.

So guys recently my 1TB HDD died. So I went out and installed windows on a 250GB m.2 SSD and I'm also using a 500GB.
And I also bought an UPS. But when I'm done for the day,I shut down my pc and turn off the UPS.
But when the next time I turn on the UPS and press the power button on my pc,it starts up but shuts down,then it starts again and after the boot logo,this message is shown:
"when raid configuration was built ensure to set sata configuration to raid mode"}

So everything I change in BIOS is erased. So if I turn on XMP ,the next time I boot,it'll be off.
Any solution?

I've tried to change my OS type to "Other OS" but that setting also gets erased like the XMP setting.
