Blue screen of death

Hi,

so i was just switching on my pc as you do and i got blue-screened. At first i just restarted my pc and let it diagnose it which it did. I then clicked advanced options and clicked continue to windows because it has worked in the past. However it didnt do work it just keeps blue-screening. I asked my mate and he said its a hdd issue so i was wondering how i can fix it. Thank you in advance

If I am to figure this out, I need a little bit more info.

Next time it blue screens, take a picture of the error message.

 

Next you need to try to see if you can get it up and running in safe mode.

You need to "crash" it 3 times. The full instructions is here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode

Just open the "From a black or blank screen" section.

 

When in safe mode, try to run the tool "BlueScreen view", which you can download here: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

The download button is towards the bottom of the site. You need to put it on a USB drive from a working computer.

 

This should give some information about that is going on.
