There are cheaper 250-ish GB M.2 PCIe x4 drives out there. Adata and Inland both have solid offerings around the $40 mark. Go with an RX 5700 over an RX 580. It'll cost a little more, but you'll thank yourself later.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Better PSU.

Much faster GPU.

Cheaper case but with much better airflow.

Cheaper than your build.

 

You can even take non X CPU to save even more.

The MSI EVOKE?!,really?

The memory in this card is extremely hot,

for some reason MSI ship them with only half of a thermal pad per module SMH.

Also the cooler does not fully cover the memory modules
