Faster RAM or GPU on Ryzen 3000

So Im building a new pc and i had budgeted for 3200mhs ram and r5 3600x and a vega 56. but on newegg labor day sale i can get a 2666mhz 16gb kit and a rx 5700 during sale. But after combing the internet 100% of reviews say Ram speed is most important to gaming on ryzen. so my ? is wouldn't having a rx 5700 with 2666mhz ram be better tan vega 56 with 3200mhz ram cause rx 5700 is so freaking good

cut cost from the 3600x instead and get a 3600.

Well I was thinking about that but the cooler for 3600 wont cut it for me. id like a lil wiggle room for low temps to precision boost so id be looking up after market coolers and that 2666mhz ballistix ramkit is 50$ anf rx 5700 is 329. the 3200 kit is 75

i know this is nickel and dimeing but i just want t o know if ram speed is a bigger factor than gpu performance.

then buy an aftermarket cooler later. It's not like the Spire is any good compared to even cheap air coolers like the Deepcool Gammaxx 400.

Beside the price difference, the different ram speed and gpu configurations will affect gaming differently. slower ram will affect some games that are more cpu intensive whereas a weaker gpu will obviously affect gpu intensive games more. Depends on the system loads.
