I have the MSI RX 570 8gb OC edition with the Asus prime B450M A mobo. I really wanted to get the extra fps in games so i decided to OC my gpu. These are the results i got for stable clock

Core clock: 1268 MHz to 1460 Mhz

Memory Clock: 1750 Mhz to 2250Mhz

I ran the msi kombuster gpu stress test and the unigine heavens both full screen 1080p. The oc was just fine, all my games were running fine too (Rise of the tomb raider, Middle earth Shadow of War, Assassins creed Odyssey, A plague Tale innonce etc) but then i got an ssd and i cloned my windows and put it on the ssd using the "macrium Reflect" program, and i believe after that i started experiencing the problem. None of these games are working now with my gpu OC. the stress test is running fine too, i ran it for 1 hr. However all the games i mentioned above crash with oc settings. I've attached a pic of the error im getting. Capture.PNG.8d7e3cb2930fdd01227aa30f2e2be960.PNG

Things I have tried so far to fix this:

Reinstall display driver/Reinstalled AMD drivers

Tried reinstalling windows on SSD

Tried using the driver booster app to update all drivers.

Tried lowering game setting from ultra to very high to high

Nothing has worked. Is there any fix to this?

Would recommend a fresh install of windows and reinstall programs. Seems some errors have occurred with cloning

Have you tried lowering your memory and gpu clocks to see how far you have to go down for it to be stable.

Yeah when i was overclocking i went up by 50mhz each time and did a stress test. it was fine even running games was fine. I used this for about 2 months however the problem came after i go the SSD i believe. Does switching from HDD to SDD change the amount u can OC? Doesnt it only have to do with ur gpu

I currently have 2 drives in my pc. A 1TB hdd on which i only have my games, and the 120gb SSD with the windows. Will i lose my apps from the HDD too by free installing windows? If so can i just unplug the 1tb hdd for now and then fresh install windows?

Try a fresh install of windows on your ssd. You will have to reinstall the Games on the hdd, not that you loose them but fresh install the game.
