Depends entirely on the bit rate. To make sure, triple the nitrate. That's what your minimum upload needs to be. So for 2700kbps which is probably your hardware limit, 12mbps for minimum upload speed.

this is my settings , for multistream twitch and youtube from restream.io through obs but its lagging when i saw stream why ?

What's you network usage? You can use HWINFO for somewhat good readings. If you have 90mbps upload, there shouldn't be any issues.

what about streamlabs ? is that same or it take more cpu usage ?
