Base 2080. It still has 15% more cores, and I dont think you can overclock 15% more on a luxury 2070S to compensate for that (assuming scaling dont drop off, which it will and need more overclock to counteract)

or

EVGA FTW RTX 2070 Super @ $590

Asus Strix RTX 2070 Super Advanced Edition @ $585

The 40 dollar difference it is a no brainer grab the RTX 2080 and don't look back.
