I decide to buy a Ryzen 3700X for my PC,and I find B450 chipset could save some money for my GPU.I have two nvme SSDs,I want to know if the 2nd nvme SSD on B450 chipset will influence the performance of GPU.

the limited PCI-E lanes may be the core of this question ,but I don't know much about it . Looking forward to your help:)

the ssd can't affect the gpu as b450 keeps you from splitting the x16 from the cpu.

The second nvme will run at pcie2 x4 max though, so about half the peak speed of most drives in sequential uses.

You mean the only influence is the 2nd ssd will run at half speed?
