Issue booting Windows 10 on new system

Evening!

I just got done setting up my new rig, but I have snagged an issue. As I attempt to boot Windows 10 from my USB device, it begins to animate the loading dial, only to freeze a moment or so later. I've let it sit on this for quite some time but I haven't seen any changes.

 

My Setup

i7 9700k , cooled by a H100i Rgb

16gb Corsair Vengeance 3200

Msi Mpg 7390 Gaming Pro Carbon Ac mobo

Msi Rtx 2060 Gaming Z

Samsung 860 Evo 1tb sata ssd

 

I'm not sure what to think of the issue. All components show on the bios, so I am unsure if there is a component issue that is causing Windows to not continue its process. Any help is appreciated!

Unfortunately, I tried that before posting, doesn't seem to have any effect

Update: I tried swapping the SSD with my original HDD but as it was loading windows I got a blue screen with the code MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

Second, and most likely final update:

 

I'm stupid. I forgot to snag my most up to date Bios from the site and flash. It's installing Windows 10 properly now.
