What is the best graphics card to use with a Ryzen 7 1700 processor for rendering?

I have a Dell Inspiron 5675 with a Ryzen 7 1700 processor and an RX 580 graphics card. I want to increase my VRay rendering performance as affordably as possible. What is the best graphics card I could get that would be compatible with with the Ryzen 7 1700 processor?

All GPUs should be compatible with that chip, what is it you are doing with VRay?

Titan V since there's no budget. Best value for money will probably be the 2060 Super. How many PCIe power connectors does the PSU come with and what ratings does it carry?
