Sometimes it can be mid game but normally at startup my screen turns green all of a sudden. I have downloaded driver for my 5700xt don't what it could be wasn't a problem with my old 1080ti.

Resetting the settings inside MSI Afterburner should solve the problem, worst case scenario you will have to reinstall or delete MSI Afterburner.

The problem is that with overclocking programs like MSI Afterburner the settings can get corrupted by the AMD driver, which results in a green screen.

AMD just released a new driver version. I suggest un-installing your current drivers with DDU and installing the latest ones.

Have you already tried a clean driver install, instead of simply installing the latest driver on top of the current one? I had to do this once because the colours on my monitor were all over the place. Only a clean install solved it. It got messed up after the Creators Windows Update if I recollect well.
