DisplayPort to DVI Dual Link 144hz Cable??

Luddy †

Is there such thing as a DisplayPort to DVI Dual Link 144hz Cable? I only found an old thread saying the only thing to find is one at 100USD, but I'm hoping that's changed now? If you know of one please tell me.

I have a 144hz monitor with no DP input and the new graphics cards doesnt have DVI anymore :/

I just did a quick google of exactly what you were asking for and found a link to this forum in which someone is asking the same question.  They gave him/her the following 2 links to Newegg which gives you the option for just a cable or an adapter.

Please see here: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/729232-guide-to-display-cables-adapters-v2/?output=DP&input=DVI

In short, yes, the expensive adapters are still the only option. Standard adapters such as the ones linked above will not work for 144 Hz.
