Thank you very much for answers. Did I wrote rtx2060 super? I am sorry, I meant 2070super. In official page they say its recommended 650W PSU. Issues with my seasonic+ PSU? none jonnyguru said on his blog that this PSU is maybe best 550W PSU on the market. I just need to know if I have to buy new PSU if I want to buy RTX 2070super or not. I am not sure if I have to follow official recommendation for this when I have one of the better PSUs on the market. https://www.jonnyguru.com/blog/2017/08/21/seasonic-focus-plus-550-gold-power-supply/6/

i personally bought the seasonic focus plus gold 850 watt for when i will buy a 2070 super. that is overkill yes. the focus plus gold is a good psu. however it cannot handle it properly when wattages spike like crazy (as with vega cards). Nvidia cards only had this issue around the 900 serie range anything up doesn't.

you should probably get at least a 650 watt of that brand to be sure. i bought such an overkill so i have enough headroom for another few years.

Hello I recently build a new PC with GTX 1660ti, because I thought I dont need RTX in my life. But after I saw new witcher mods with rtx on and that cyberpunk will lookgreat with RTX on I started to think about RTX card. But I dont know if my PSU will handle it, or if I would have to buy new PSU as well.  I would like to buy RTX 2070 Super, something that will fit the case.

MY built:

MOBO - ASROCK B450M pro4

CPU - Ryzen 5 2600 - default settings, with deafult cpu cooler

RAM - Patriot Viper RGB series 16gb kit DDR4 3200 Mhz CL16

SSD - Crucial MX500 500GB

PSU - Seasonic Focus plus 550 Gold

CASE - Fractal Design Meshify C mini TG

GPU - MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti GAMING X 6G

Thank you all for the input.

Any psu is enough for any gpu nowdays.

personally all my gpu’s regardless of what’s in them are rm750x’s as they are only £94 in AWD.

Focus + has some issues, but I doubt the 2060 Super will push the PSU in any circumstance for those issues to present itself. Yes, the 2060 super will be fine and you have more than enough wattage.
