There's no reason why a 1050ti wouldn't work in that system. 

 

If by SMPS you mean a PSU, you probably will be needing a decent modern one, assuming your current PSU is old. 450W or higher will be fine.

For the most part the 1050 ti can be had at the same price as an RX 570, which is better. If you have a proper power supply, it is my recommendation.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Agreed. Get an rx 570 unless you want to take advantage of nvidia NVENC encoding, in which case get a 1050ti
