Ok did i clean my heatsink good?

When i was installing my cpu cooler I accidentally touched the paint and put the cooler on cpu,later i’ve realized i did that and(cuz i am retarded)uninstall cpu cooler(or how ever u call it)and now i gotta buy new thermal paste i cleaned it from cpu but i am not sure about heatsink when “slide” over it with tissue(i actually googled the translation),it appears grey,pls help

Have you used isopropyl alcohol to clean the CPU thermal paste off with? If not, then you may need to.

Get a piece of cotton and use alcohol and youll be fine to administer new paste and put it on.

It's fine. You don't need the surface so clean that you could eat off of it.

Yes honestly it looks clean to me, and you don't need to use alcohol on it.  It is the color of the HS which is not white so it may look dirty when actually there is no paste on it.
