Is GD900 thermal paste electrically conductive?

I have seen some temperature reviews of this thermal paste and it looks pretty good, the hard part id I cant find if its electrically conductive, it says silicon and metal oxide but then it mentions use on a GPU.

I just want to be safe before use it on something like a gpu.

Anyone ever used this thermal paste or know where to find this information

ok kool, I didnt know metal oxides were non conductive electrically

so there is variance between particles  thats interesting.

 

but I am glad that paste should be safe to use on a gpu die as that is my plan
