will Corsair vengeance ram at 3000mhz work with my i7700k CPU

ill be running the whole thing on the gigabyte Z390 Aorus ultra but i wanted to know before i spent £75 that they would work with my CPU

No, 7700K is incompatible with Z390 motherboard.

ram, yes!

cpu, no. z390 doesnt support that gen of cpu's

does he have a 7700k already or something? if so needs a Z270 board to overclock. i would likely look for used on ebay to save.
