So when i check their store it says US $ 24.99, but when i log in to purchase it goes up to US $39.99, is this location based?  cause i am currently in south America, but unsure why the price increases by that much

That feel when you want to buy a game... But you've already seen all there was to see of it on youtube so you wouldn't play it anyway.

 

I'm guessing it's something that went wrong on your side, because I'm seeing $39.99 while not logged in. Maybe try clearing your browser's cache?

its happening on multiple devices, but i will go with the US$39.99, unsure why its happening though

How about wait it to release to then buy? pre-orders and day one releases are always full price and since this is an old game by now you probably gonna get a discount within 2 weeks.
