UPS SHUTS OFF PC WHEN UNDER LOAD!!!

yeah, that's another problem, The price!
Is there no better UPS which can atleast provide minimum transfer time so that PC won't shut off? 
Heard maxgreen and apollo UPS doesn't have this transfer time issue, but yet, here you're facing the same problem, so that was a lie 

Btw do you have any information about PSP ups? The price is generally higher compared to other crap UPS's. But don't know if this one is any good or not
