I haven't heard the yeah 3 but know how scull candies tend to sound.  A big emphasis on the bass and the high a v shaped sound signature often having very muddy bass. And seems to be the case with this headphone too from reviews. While I own the 4.40 it has a nice bump in the bass but not crazy super smooth great mids like most senns but unlike other senns the highs are a little pulled back. Making something that sounds great and very consumer friendly and not analytical like say a HD 600

Seems like it. The HD 4.40 is pretty well built nice solid plastics and looks nice

How are the cushion oval shape? fitting in quite nice?
