Android Messages Not Sending GIFS or Pictures

Hi all,

Currently, I'm using Android (Google) messages with the Google keyboard. Lately, I haven't been able to send pictures or GIFS. It just says "Photo cannot be sent, Tap to try again". Was wondering if anybody else is having this problem. I've never had this problem before!

Do you have mobile data turned off? Messages needs mobile data to send pictures.

I have it turned on! The thing is that I use Whatsapp sometimes and I can send GIFS and pictures just fine on that. So I don't know if there was a weird update for Messages and thats the problem or if it's something else.
