Hello Guys, I have the ROG Scar III G731GW (2070 144Hz Variant)

I have modified this with a Dual-Channel 16GB instead of Single-Channel 16GB RAM which increased my FPS for GTA from 40-50 to 50-60 but still not good enough.

FPS I'm getting on 1080 144hz / 60hz (both options affect FPS by only 5 so it doesnt really matter). The settings for all of them are near-max, what I mean by that is V-Sync is ALWAYS OFF & for GTA V specially I have everything on "Advanced Graphic Settings" off.

GTA V - 50-60
Shadow of the Tomb Raider - 50-60
Three Kingdoms - 50-60

I have already 
> Updated Windows 10 to 1903 (from 1803)
> Updated the BIOS from 300 (I think) to 303
> Used DDU to Uninstall the Drivers for the GPU & Re-Install from the website itself (not Windows)

I have attempted to further diagnose to see if my CPU (Base Clock of 2.6GHz) is causing the issue however I keep getting "Monitor Error" of some sort form the Intel XTU (I think it's called?) which basically meant that I cannot do anything productive as it would cut me off every 1-2 seconds. I did see "Power Throttling" being enabled which made me opened up the laptop, remove the battery and do a power reset which fixed the issue.

I tried to force the Turbo Boost via BIOS but it doesn't exist on my BIOS. 

I'm really lost here now, Benchmarks from everywhere else with the same laptop show better performance than what I am getting. My friend who has the Strix Scar II (1080 6GB / 16GB RAM / i7-7th Gen) is getting 100+ FPS on the same EXACT game settings while my one is lucky to get 70FPS.

I've spent the last two weekends diagnosing this but I'm lost now, Please hep.

Yes I have checked it already - Only have steam & GTA V Running when running the GTA V Benchmark.
