New PC not starting.. HELP with troubleshooting!!!

So my friend just built a new pc. We put it all together and prest start. The computer started at first but shortly shutdown and refused to start aging, no fan spinning, nothing. So going through the steps and we found that one of the CPU pins (AMD Ryzen 5) was bent. We bent it back and plug it back in to try agin, nothing. Later on we found that the  PC starts (fan spining and lights) when we un plug the CPU Power. So now the question is, do we have a dead cpu or motherboard. Or can it be the PSU?

Full specs? If the cpu pins were bent, bending it back should have solved the issue. Also do you know how exactly you bent the pin? As in drop or incorrect installation

So update! We try a new cpu and we still have the same senario. We are pretty sure we have a broken board

Before claiming it's a dead board, make sure all the connectors are proper, everything is plugged in, etc. It would be better if you could give us the full specs. Also remember to quote or else we won't be able to see your replies
