New PC build with 2070 Super does not even post.

Hi I just bought a new PC:

- AMD Ryzen 3900X

-MSI MEG X570 ACE

-G.Skill Trident Z RGB (AMD) DDR4 2x16GB

-Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING OC White

-Corsair RX850x

And the PC does not turn on with the 2070 plug in. I've tried with an old graphics card (Radeon X800 Series from 2004), and the PC booted and i was able to install windows and get it running.

Then I tried to change to the 2070 Super, and again the same problem it won't boot.

After the I installed both graphics cards, and it booted with the Radeon x800. Checking the info about devices connected to the PC, i saw that the PC did recognize the 2070Super, but it had an error code '43'. I tried to delete the drivers from nvidia with DDU, and reinstall them but nothing changed.

It is the 2nd Graphics card i get, the first one was a MSI GAMING X TRIO 2070 SUPER brand new. I returned it, and ask for a new one. They did not have in stock another one so i changed it for the gigabyte.

I also checked the CPU for bent pins, everything looked fine.
Also checked the connections were not loose.

Any idea?

Thanks a lot in advance!!!
