MacBook display faint green lines and flickering screen

I was just chilling on the MacBook about to watch some YouTube until I saw these green lines (also flickering but camera doesn’t pick it up) I thought it would be one of those “one off” issues, so I went to go restart it but it’s still there.

 

It only happens on white images.

 

I don’t know if it’s a gpu issue or display damage (haven’t dropped it though)
