Looking to upgrade ASUS G750JW Laptop from 900p Monitor to 1080p Monitor

Hello LTT Folks,

 

I am looking to see if its possible to upgrade my G750JW Monitor since i got it during the beginning of the year. Got it for $150 due to it being super hot to the past user and after cleaning it up and upgrading it to the max specs (except for the GPU... Still figuring it out). 

 

Now i heard that's actually real monitors it can be upgraded with from the factory but i haven't been able to figure out where to find the monitor itself. Would anyone be able to help me figure this all out?

You can swap the panel for a compatible high res or high refresh panel.
