CSGO smoke frame drops rx 480

Hi i am running a ryzen 5 1600x and a rx 480 

I thought it was my cpu but its my gpu keeps spiking up to 100%

I dont know why this is.

Any ideas my setting arnt high and the rx480 in videos i have seen should have no trouble with CSGO

What is causing this please Ideas?

What RAM setup are you running?

16gb 2933 ddr4

oh and an rx480 gpu

I reran the benchmark to check and its not my cpu, its my gpu hits 100% randomly and when I go into smokes drops to 30fps from 300.

I have no idea what is causing this.

I will make a more appropriate thread sorry I am undure how to delete this one
