Is your rx 570 the 4GB or 8GB version? Is your i7-2600 the equivalent to a i7-7700?

I would guess you can run the game just fine though since you meet the minimum requirements...

The trick will be to lower the fps killing graphic settings and raise the settings that don't do much to fps. However, the game won't be out for 7 months so, yea. Not much to go on right now when talking about what settings do what.

I have 4gb vram, I just wanted to play this game so badly since it's set in my hometown

It'll run on your PC. Run some benchmarks on Low, Medium, High, Very High and Ultra then tweak your settings accordingly.

I was skeptical because I'm playing watchdogs 2 right now on the same system and it runs like absolute ass

Lower every single setting in the game and run a benckmark. Post the results and I'll see what I can do to help ya' get better fps. I have Watch Dogs 2 and I'll install it later this afternoon when I return home.
