AIO temp way below CPU temp

My question is if it is normal for the aio to be 10 to 15 degree celsius cooler than the CPU it self?

idle r9 3900x 50C | aio around 35 to 40 degree

heavier load r9 3900x 65degree | aio 40 to 45 degree

AIO temperature delta to ambient air is supposedly between 30-50% of that of CPU temperature to ambient air, the bigger the CPU surface area the higher it gets as heat can only leave a small CPU this fast. Even with 9900k roasting at over 90C, AIO temperatures often stay around 40C. I think Asetek AIOs are rated to 50C max for liquid temperature, even higher and fluid starts evapourating out the tubes too quickly as far as the manufacturer's concerned.

Your fine. I got my 3900x on its own loop with a thick 240 and my coolent typically goes to 42.5c when fully heatsoaked.
